Our main goal is to have a restaurant with cuisine full of fresh ingredients. We are continually seeking for new culinary inspirations. In order to prove you that, we are offering a menu that is constantly changing based on the season. Our chef promotes traditional recipes enriched by home made products. We produce our own bread, herbs, and fruit preserves. We also want to support our local producers and that is why we mostly use regional products.
Our chef’s appropriate qualifications and rich experience allow him to create high-quality, fresh meals. Not only does he follow ever-changing culinary trends, but he also wants our guests to get to know culinary traditions.
